With downsizing, outsourcing to third world countries and
just plain old lay-offs, life for the working man/woman is really tough.
The world has changed and you need to change with it. H. G. Wells said it
best in this quote, "Adapt or perish, now as ever, is
nature's inexorable imperative."
"Is nature's imperative" You must change. You must adapt in this
new world. Change is happening so fast that those who hold back, even a little,
will be left behind. Now more than ever you must be innovative and
creative to survive.
