Someone said, "When opportunity knocks, do not complain about the noise".  Too often opportunity surrounds us, but we are so busy with or lives, we never see it.

Long ago Benjamin Disraeli  (21 December 1804 – 19 April 1881) said, "One secret of success in life is for a man to be ready for his opportunity when it comes."  It seems that quotes about success have been around for a long time. They are just as appropriate today as they were back in the 1800's.

If we are looking for success it means we are more likely to recognize it when it appears.  The act of seeking success is the preparedness needed to find it.  It seems too simplistic, but the secret is really no secret at all. 

Being ready for success means having the right education either formal schooling or from  years of experience.  In addition, you have to actually be looking for ways to improve yourself, so when it actually presents itself, you will recognize it as opportunity.
