"Any sufficiently advanced technology
is indistinguishable from magic."

Arthur C. Clarke

I am a senior citizen and did not grow up with all of the amazing technology we have today. I was lucky to visit the neighbors to watch cartoons on TV when I was a kid in the early 1950s.  Wireless anything was only in science fiction comic books.

The following quote by Arthur C. Clarke who is best known as the author of, "2001: A Space Odyssey."  Clarke pretty much summed up technology for me when he said, "Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic."

Technology today is amazing.  I can see my house in pictures from space.  My phone, TV and game console fit in my pocket and is called a smart phone.  Smart phones used to be the ones with push buttons instead of a rotary dial.

It is magic when I cook anything quickly in a microwave oven.  Comics use to show the future but a thin TV you mount on the wall like a painting.  Come on!  It is magic and it is reality.

This is an amazing time to live in in spite of all the problems in the world.
