Worrying about money is one of the
worst things poor people do. It creates stress and devours
time. It takes away from the pleasures of living. Willem de
Kooning said, "The trouble with
being poor is that it takes up all your time." How true
that is.
When you don't have money you worry about paying the bills. You worry about buying gas to get to work. A huge amount of time is spent stressing over how to meet your needs. It is said that money cannot buy happiness, but it sure buys a lot more happiness than poverty. |
